Invertebrate Writing

This is my invertebrate writing. It took me ages to make. I hope you like it!

We think that your RECENT BLOG ON SPRINGTAILS was very professionally produced -well done!Your intonations(voice emphasis) and layout were most professional.Did you know that we gave your school a microscope so get your teachers to ask damon rai for it - much easier to see these critters this way.Springtails also eat fungus and bacteria that live in soil and you can see lots usually under flat stones on the soil surface.You can collect these critters by placing a saucer or ice cream container(no ice cream! ) filled with water out side on a windy day and you will finf lots of grey things (not nits!!!) and you can then use a straw or tooth pick to put them under the microscope- try this when you are back at school.
    your work was very well explained and easy to follow -the use of headings made it easy to follow - so well done for a fascinating piece of work.

  2. Me and my wit group have already caught a springtail but thanks for other infomation of what they eat. Are you sure that that is a New Zealand springtail? Rebecca here

  3. Nice work Becky! The writing is easy to understand and very informative to people like me, who have no knowledge of springtails or invertebrates. I really like the glossary at the end!
