Yesterday for reading we read about power and we had to draw how the water comes in from lake Taupo all the way to our houses and this is how it does... It comes from lake Taupo then it goes through the river, after that it go's in the dam, then it goes in the station, after that it goes it travels through the transmission lines, then the water goes to the substation, after that it goes to the transformer, next it goes in the roadside power box, now its going to be at your meter box which will be hidden at your house then it goes in another hidden object called a fuse board then it goes to your tap and that is how lake Taupo spreads its water

what a fascinating account of how water can be turned into power such as electricity. your wee diagrams make it quite easy to follow. well done
